The company’s issued share capital is comprised of 122,870,000 Ordinary Shares and 1 Special Share with a par value of QR10 each.
As at 31st December 2008, 94% of the issued shares were owned by Qatari institutions and individuals, and the remaining 6% by non-Qatari shareholders.
